National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Sonoma County's resource guide is another excellent source of information for Sonoma County.
- Call 911.
- Go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
- Call or text 988, America's new suicide and crisis lifeline.
- In Sonoma county, call 800-576-8181.
